Integral Assessment

Overall, I can say that I did a very honest assessment of myself. My weakest areas are worldly and interpersonal when it comes to the community. I am currently not tied down to any profession and am shy so I can see why I scored so poorly in those areas. With that being said I have chosen to work on myself before working on the “all of us portion”. The areas I will begin my development is in the biological and psychospiritual areas which will eventually flow into the interpersonal and worldly dealing with family, work, generativity, and lastly community and social activism. The reason I am starting with the “I or you” is because Dacher repeatedly says in his writings “from I to you to us to all of us”. Lastly, specific exercises that I am going to use to enhance my psychospiritual levels are three exercise which include the rainbow mediation, subtle mind, and loving-kindness. These three exercise will grow the biological, interpersonal, and worldly aspects by moving from an “I to you to us”. The exercise that I will be using for the biological aspect is gratefulness in the form of opportunities and motivation. Changing my view from imposed to chosen will also help strengthen the other quadrants especially worldly.
