Exercises in Review



The two exercises or meditation practices that are most Beneficial for me at this point in my development are the Rainbow Mediation and the Subtle Mind exercise won over the Journey On meditation by a narrow margin. I have already implemented the Rainbow Mediation into my morning routine because I love the feeling of starting my day feeling grounded and centered. I would like to start taking time out after my son falls asleep to begin the Subtle Mind exercise. This exercise would benefit me the most at this point for the reason by the end of the night my mind feels like it is going in 10 different directions at once. After, I become accustomed to this schedule I would also like to add the Journey On meditation in the evening before the Subtle Mind exercise to help release the tension built up from the day’s activities.
